Family Nurse Practitioner
Laura Cervantes is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has cared for patients in the Rowlett and Rockwall area for 10 years. In 2023 she opened Liberty Family Care & Wellness, an independent primary care practice, to serve local families. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and has additional training in obesity medicine.

Elisa has worked alongside Laura for seven years. She handles patient intake, vital signs and exam support, helps patients with billing questions, and keeps the clinic running on schedule. Elisa speaks English and Spanish.
Medical Assistant
Mayenci joined Liberty Family Care in 2025 and works both the front desk and the clinical side. She checks patients in, manages scheduling, and assists during visits. Mayenci speaks English and Spanish.
